365cuci may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other incentive programmes. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus credits that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated validity period (as specified in the individual promotion's terms) will automatically expire and be removed from your account without further notice.

Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the successful completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
